Lakeside Villas at Crittenden Estate

Each boutique self-contained villa has a well equipped kitchen, dining area and expansive living room. The separate king size bedroom has a large walk in robe, while other features include an authentic wood fire, deep spa bath and a BBQ on your private balcony overlooking the lake, allowing you to enjoy breakfast listening to the local birdlife.

Bass & Flinders Distillery

An artisan approach to making Gins, Ochre (in the style of Cognac), Limoncello, Grappa and Vodka. Small batches and slow distillation yields the highest quality spirits. Bass & Flinders distiller, Wayne Klintworth, distills in minimal quantities, ingredients are prepared by hand and botanicals are sourced by us and locally where possible. We hand-craft our spirit right here at the distillery from Shiraz grapes which is what gives our products a truly unique grape flavour profile. Montalto Restaurant

Chefs Hat Restaurant imbued with a provincial spirit, from a personal greeting at the front door to the food on the plate in front of you.  Led by Head Chef Barry Davis, the kitchen serves food inspired by regional France, but anchored in fresh, seasonal produce, whether grown here or from further afield.  Chefs make daily visits to the garden, harvesting the best of the produce for use in the restaurant.

Ten Minutes By Tractor

Effortlessly bringing together all the elements for a memorable lunch.  Contemporary cuisine from the talented chef, attentive service, a wine list that’s been judged Australia’s best, and a relaxed ambience with magnificent views over vineyards.  The wine list focuses on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from around the world and includes a select number of key producers from different winemakers, regions and vintages. Green Olive at Red Hill

Food for the heart and soul. The farm grows olives, grapes, herbs and veggies, raises sheep and chooks and turns amazing produce from local farmers into a range of goodies you’ll love. On a visit to the Farm Shop you can enjoy coffee from beans roasted on site, savour the smell of the herbs and spices as they roast, enjoy the hand-made sausages or tapas dishes and even take a small taste of the farm home with you. Max’s At Red Hill Estate

Merricks General Store

Built in 1924, this iconic destination has transformed from the traditional concept of a ‘general store’ to a culinary must for discerning travellers, locals and wine enthusiasts. The charming dining areas are welcoming and warm. The large front deck looks to the sea while the vine-covered rear deck embraces country and the garden. Chef Patrice Repellin’s menu reflects the seasons, drawing on fresh local ingredients.The wine list showcases the best from Elgee Park and Baillieu vineyards and a selected range of Friends and Neighbours.

Paringa Estate

One of the most awarded wineries in Australia, particularly for Pinot Noir and Shiraz.  Located in the heart of Victoria’s beautiful Mornington Peninsula wine region, the home property has 10 acres (4.2 ha.) of vines planted with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Pinot Gris.  The current winery was built in 1998, and houses an outstanding a la carte restaurant on the upper level.
